Cinnamon Roll Apple

Pie


5 Granny Smith Apples
2 cans Cinnamon Rolls
1/2 c Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Corn Starch
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie dish with non-stick oil. Peel and cut apples into thin slices and place in a bowl. Add sugar, cinnamon, and corn starch to apples and stir. Roll each cinnamon roll out with flour until very thin. Layer the bottom of pie dish with flattened cinnamon rolls to create bottom crust. Add apple mix and then layer rest of rolls on top to create a closed top crust, pinching holes together with your fingers. Cover with foil and bake 35 min. Remove foil and bake 10 min uncovered. Allow to cool before drizzling with icing.
